Pupils in Primary 4 have been busy working on a ‘Be Safe’ project in class this week. In groups pupils have produced story boards to plan animations on road safety, finding a safe place to play, ‘don't talk to strangers’ and ‘be safe be seen’.
Pupils discussed what colour of coat is best to wear in the dark evenings and how they could make themselves more visible when out and about. We think reflectors on coats, school bags and runners are a good idea. Pupils also learned a song to remind them how to cross the road safely. We hope you like the post!! We really enjoyed preforming it at assembly.
Also during assembly our ‘Pupils of the Week’ were presented with their awards with appreciation shown for the many outstanding reasons chosen such as kindness, being a good friend and making a super effort in mental maths, literacy and in rehearsals. Well done everyone! 👏👏👏
