9th Sep 2021

โ›น๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿธ PE LESSONS โšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿฝ‍โ™‚๏ธ
Please note our Healthy Kidz coach Mark will be in school every Thursday to deliver quality, high impact and fun PE sessions. This service is funded through our extended schools programme and our PTA fundraising committee.

Mark will be starting tomorrow Thurs 9th Sept. Pupils are asked to please wear their PE uniform into school for the full day. (See restart letter on website). If you have not already purchased the school’s navy hoody pupils are permitted (up until Halloween) to wear their green school jumper over their white polo shirt. Any colour of trainers is fine.

Reception, Primary 1 and Rang 1 please note as per advised by the teacher on Seesaw, pupils will not be wearing PE uniform tomorrow Thursday 9th but rather full school uniform as the photographer for the Gazette will be in to take photographs for the paper tomorrow morning.

Swimming lessons resume this Thursday beginning with P7 from now until Halloween with no Healthy Kidz until November.

P3-7 will also have Gaelic coaching with our Ulster Council Coach Mattie every Friday beginning next week Friday 17th Sept. This will take place in Madden Row and children are advised to take football boots to school if you have them.

๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ† All-Ireland Jersey Day ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡น
To celebrate the big weekend of GAA finals ahead pupils are asked to come to school in their own GAA jerseys and casual wear this Friday 10th Sept.

We wish our past pupils Orlagh, Aisling, Shelly and Catherine, along with the entire panel and management the best of luck as Armagh Camógs take on their old rivals Wexford in what promises to be an exciting encounter in the Junior All Ireland Camogie Final in Croke Park on Sunday.

A shout out also to Tyrone and Mayo who will then battle it out on Saturday to see which county will take the prestigious Sam Maguire Cup back home later that day.

Looking forward to a great weekend of sport to be enjoyed by all.
